Our cat Mitzi was taken by Spokane County SCRAPS Myrtle street and Hastings Rd. on 08/09/2023. Neighbor said she had been hit by car but was alive. We tried calling SCRAPS for information on 8/10/23 but no one answered the phone. Our neighbor went down there and was told by a lady there that they are closed and she would not tell him any information. He stated she acted like she just didn't care. We just want to know if she is ok or dead. Scraps here in Spokane is NOT A GOOD PLACE.
