Manolo my sweet dog is really active. Since he was a year old we've jogged together, and with a common ordinary leash, my wrist started to hurt since he runs WAY faster than me.  I discovered this "jogging leash", it was a game changer.  Finally, we run in sync. It also works when I have to buy some small staff and my hands are busy, he is secure and I am less stressed. Bonus -- our CEO and her dog, Hedy, have this exact leash, too -- and they love it!
