I don't know how, but Lucy figured out how to open our gate and we didn't even know she was lost.  Someone left a message on my phone not too long after we'd let her out from someone that had found her a few blocks away.  Both of us got an email seconds later with the same news. She was safe at home in less than an hour. Really impressed with how well this service works.
